Default 1995 Cubs team signed ball, Autopen????

Is this authentic? Does autopen smear? Any ideas on value?

Yeah, confident its a facsimile. Not familiar with that exact one as interesting the Jenkins includes the HOF notation and appears to be a bit darker (but still too uniform) - maybe that was added to it? Or most likely they included that notation on him. Can you discern any pen impression?
