OK, something just quite isn’t adding up on this one. Looks good, perhaps half grade/full grade undergraded (yes creases but certainly no roach) CERT verification checks, holder does not appear to be tampered with, low price point and accepting offers. But .. zero feedback seller, no other items for sale, no returns accepted, been listed for at least a few days with nobody watching, presume no offers?? Listed lower than recent similar have sold for (and for much worse looking 1’s) Perdue college student selling a random one-off card he just happened to acquire? Boiler Up!

This could be totally legit and perhaps a good buy but again something just feels a bit suspicious.

Looks fine to me; not just creased but torn around middle.

my guess - kid from the chicago area needs money for christmas gifts, selling the card his dad or grandpa "saved" for him. Card seems fine (with a limited glance at least); everyone has to make their first sale sometime right?

Best guess is many, just like you are shying away because of the lack of seller ratings, not the card.

Yeah, good point. That (laying off) and no returns.

No returns is fairly standard with sellers when selling a graded card.
