Default Babe Ruth Cut

Sorry another Ruth cut question. A person I know has this Ruth cut. He has no idea if it's real. I told him I would try and find an answer for him. Thanks

Is it in pencil? Does the paper look like it could be from an autograph book page?

To me on a quick look it looks like a Ron Dross forgery from the 1970s.

It's ink, but you nailed it. It came from an Autograph Book. Nice job. Thanks
