I don't think that card in particular would be. Not sure of the population report, but that card in raw high grade form is not that difficult to find. Don't necessarily have to break the bank, either.

I wouldn't put this card as a #1 for an investment, but remember that for a generation of Phillies fans, it was Schmidt and Carlton, and there are some very wealthy people in the suburban Philly area, so I think a Carlton 9 will always have some juice
