Default Photo i.d. help needed.

I received this postcard in the mail the other day:

Based on some quick research, I have determined that the PC was produced between 1907 and 1918. The only team with the name "Jags" I found played in the New York State League. Jags was derived from the three cities the team combined to play for - Amsterdam/Johnstown/Gloversville. The Jags played under this name in 1902 and 1905-07. In 1903-04 they were known as the "Hyphens." The "T" on the players cap is confusing, however. Because of the cap, I am not even sure if the player pictured was on the NYSL Jags. IMO, Jags could be short for Jaguars, and the "T" could stand for Tampa, Tallahassee, Tennessee, Troy, or anything else.

If I were to take a stab at the player pictured (assuming he played for the NYSL Jags,) my guess would be Joe Birmingham. Birmingham played for the Jags in 1907. Just a wild guess, however.

Does anyone here have any photos of the NYSL Jags, or any other team(s) with a similar cap/jersey combination? Any help would be appreciated. I'm not looking for a major discovery here.
