1953 Brown & Bigelow Babe Ruth Deck Value?
Posted By: Brian
what would the value of a full 52 card deck be worth? would it be just the book value of $10 per card x 52.. or would there be a premium for a complete deck with box? |

Please be careful in the future of where you post your threads. Nothing personal....just trying to keep a little order. The recent memorabilia and other non pre war baseball threads included....(including me if I do any )....best regards |

I bought a Mint sealed deck years ago at an Estate sale for 10.00 and sold it to a dealer on Ebay for 700.00 and some change. I'm sure he broke it up and sold the cards individually but haven't tracked high grade individuals |

As with buying bulk, a set is worth less than the sum of its parts. |

SCD prices a sealed deck differently then a loose card. I think they say $60 for a Ruth deck. |

I would think that $40 would be a good deal. If each card resold for only $1, you'd make a profit. |

Here was an example on eBay that ended early. Maybe you can contact the seller and find out what their offers were and price it accordingly. |
