Default There is a 2nd PSA 10 OPC Gretzky Rookie Card Now

Apparently was just slabbed at the National. The other copy sold for $465,000 USD last year.

Wonder what the effect of the addition of a second copy to the pop will be on the value of both cards now?

Also wonder if it will be seen at Martin Sports' table at Expo? Just speculating because I know he has a couple very sharp copies and this may be one of them.

Anyway, whoever the owner is just came into several hundreds of thousands of denero!

Better looking than the first one IMO. Don't know if that translates to more or = money though.

I do hope there were no politics involved in the grading.

It's a nice looking 10 for sure, and I have to agree with, quinnsryche, it looks better than the first one.

Is Martin the guy at the expo with the glass display cases who owns/has lots of Gretzky RC's? I went to the fall Expo last year in T.O. and I never seen so many.
He was definitely interested in my Mantle, and some of my other 52's but unfortunately I wasn't able to attend this years spring Expo.

I could be wrong, but I think the first Gretzky 10 was also slabbed at a National.

I don't like the top right corner. It looks like it has a little slant to it - anyone else see it?

Part of the rough cut. Doesn't count against the card.

I think that is him. He has lots of unopened material as well as a couple dozen showcases filled with graded cards and one that is filled with just with Gretzky RC's.

I only brought him up because I know he had a couple copies that were really really nice and I wouldn't have been surprised if one of them graded out to a 10.
