Default Is there any way to look at SGC's grading fees?

Unless I am completely blind:

It looks like they list the fees for oversized cards, re-holders, and shipping, but don't mention the fee for grading a normal-sized card:

Default SGC fees

I actually spent 30 minutes on their website trying to find their fees. The only way to do it is to start a submission. Even then, you don't know the fee until you start listing individual cards.
