Just curious to know if there was alot of T204s floating around at the National. I was unable to make it this year but next year most definitely!

I didn't see that many.

Maybe a dozen or fifteen held by prominent sellers at about 3-4X SMR.

edited to say: I missed some I guess.

Neal -

I was looking for T204's and there were more at this National than in the previous four years. I'd say the count was roughly 50-60, spread across 7 or 8 tables. Scott B had the most, per usual. There was a range of conditions and the prices were high, although not terrible. Not many HOFers except for the four Bill Goodwin has in his current auction.

Yeah I was just on Goodwin site looking at the 4. I just started collecting these and was wondering why the HOFers are so damn tough to find???

I'd guess it's because people just don't part with the HOFers as readily as commons. The Johnson, Plank and Burkett cards are super desirable and usually only show up in auction houses. There aren't any obvious scarcities in the set, so I don't know what else is up.

Several cards from Lionel Carter's set were at the National. Whoever bought that group sold off some of them.

I did pick up 2 Ramly upgrades at the National. A Brown 7 for a 6 and a Blair 6 for a 5.

The T205 Tinker, Evers, and Chance are a popular trio.

That's true Peter. But I think the discussion here was on the T204's.
