Default Attention Pennant Experts: help / opinions needed

Has anyone out there ever had a pennant signed? The one I have in mind is roughly 40 years old is felt and has screened on graphics. I want a signature on the screened portion. What kind of ink pen should I consider as far as writability, legibility and potential bleeding goes? Will it blur over time? Is this a bad idea all together?

Thanks,

Chris

I have seen some signed. I had this one a while back. I believe it was ballpoint pen. It did not bleed and looked ok although the picture was creased. Mike

I have a few, and those that came out best (by far) are the ones that were signed on the screened portion. The felt is a very poor surface for receiving ink. With regard to the type of pen, I would suggest a sharpie fine point.

Hope this helps!
