This one has been around for a little while. Really a strange name reminiscent of an antique "fortune teller" vending machine.

The only mystery is who really signed those autographs.

That COA is from the same person who produced the Nicholas Burczyk COA years ago. I first discovered the Myst-O-Graph COA about two months. These are all similar to the YMC Sports COA and CSC Collectibles COA and others.
