Rochester Red Wings?

They used to be an Orioles Affiliate (kind of matches the colors) and have used just "wings" on their jerseys a few times (could not find a photo of yours though)

Was thinking it might be...but didn’t know if they ever went by “Wings”. And the white wings...??
