Default Congrats TBob!

Congrats TBob on the Home Run Kisses. I need just Ralph Kreitz to complete my catcher run. Unfortunately, I have never see one come to auction. Good luck with the rest.

I'll continue the string of Rogers cards and add another pickup from this month. These N43's are true pieces of art.

Sweet Wags! I've got the orange in a 3, but your 2 looks cleaner IMO.

I probably overpaid for this Kashin Gehrig (a late late night impulse buy), but am happy with it and even happier with the great customer service from Goldin.. my first purchase with them will not be my last.

Thanks Ian and Pete. I have really come to appreciate caramels. I resisted them for many years but I have seen the light and now I'm hooked.

Ian, nice pickup. I have always liked the Kashin Gehrig. It's a cool piece.

Pete, I was looking at your collection recently and all I can is WOW!! Awesome stuff. Thanks for sharing them.

Local, obscure, semi-pro..... right up my alley! Had to pick up this 1950 Ellensburg Cowboys team photo. Dean Nicholson top row, second from left. Not sure what the trophy is for....

1950 Ellensburg Cowboys trophy presentation. Walt Hagerman (owner left), Slick Morton (manager right), Coca-Cola rep center. Same team, two trophies. Pretty good team.

I've never posted to one of the Monthly Pick-Up Threads before. Wow, I cannot compete.....two Wagner's, Ruth Auto's, Home Run Kisses (I've never even heard of those before). The cards and collections I see on this site continue to amaze me. Vintage Catcher - your collection is so cool, I wish I could be that focused. My modest contribution to this thread consist of what I consider a pretty good month. I've been at The Monster for a few months and these bring me up to around 90 or so (fair to VG Raw and/or PSA 1.5's to 3.5's). Always happy to score a "tough" common, SL'er, HOF'er, EPDG, and the Conroy is one of my favorite images:

Jason, congrats on reaching 90-T206's in such a short time...the MONSTER has ahold of you!

A big thanks to Doug for helping me get to 84% complete on my T201 set...almost there! Should be complete within a few months.

This is only the second Orange Borders Gibson I'm aware of. I'm stoked to be able to add it to my collection -- extra thanks to Brian. It's people like him that make this hobby (and board) great!

Richard.

Is it weird that I wish baseball players still looked like this? Bring back the pillbox caps and over-sized mustaches!

I present to you an uber clean fronted 10 of the Keefe (hurray for back damage) and a not as clean but still beautiful Jackie.

I think it had to do with posting from your phone. Our s/w doesn't automatically rotate scans or pics. I fixed it for you...Nice card, btw!!

Here are my first few in this month:

I'm seriously cracking up that three of the cards I've added thus far are already showing up in this thread. The Appling, Starr and Wid Conroy (on the way). Hopefully he and one other T206 will be making it to my place before the end of the month.

LoveoftheGame winnings- picked up a couple more T213 variations. They seem to be getting more popular as I've noticed the prices on these has been climbing lately

Don't mean to post the same card twice (1922 Zeenut Mitze) but it completes my Mitze Zeenut run so I figure I'd show the run as I always think it is cool to see them in succession...

Obviously lifted the scan from the auction, but Mr. Miller is on his way!
Mr. Miller arrived home this week, and the card presents nicer than the auction scan indicated...very pleased.
Anyone have an idea as to how many of this card exist?
I would love to know. I know it's very scarce, but has there been any work done on the T207 Ward Miller ?

Thanks in advance!

As a relatively new T206 guy, I have to say that they are certainly addicting and I really love the image on this one.

Slowly getting back into cards again after a 2 year layoff. Not collecting anything in particular, just what looks good to my eye.

Brian, as a new T206 guy, are you aware there are 4 Milwaukee Brewers in the set?
