Default Unusual stamp on back of Post Cereal Card

This card has a stamp that reads “Ludwigsburg Commissary” AFO 107 US FORCES”

Has anyone seen this on other such cards, or other sports collectibles?

I’m guessing someone from the base kitchen cut this out from the cereal box and had it placed in the library or other recreation area for the enjoyment of the troops.

Only thing is, this was not cut off the back of a cereal box. The perforations show this card is off of a mail in company sheet.

I find others listed here:

So someone had owned these cards while stationed in Germany for the US armed forces.
