Default Happy B'day to the Galveston Giant!

Jack Johnson March 31, 1878.

I just picked up my first Johnson (and first boxing card period). I'm really starting to love the look of the T218s. I have a small wish list and hope to eventually be able to save and get a T9 and T227 of Johnson.

Feel free to share your pics of this great heavyweight on his b'day!

Default Happy Birthday!!!

The T218 Side view is definitely one of Johnson's prettiest cards. Here are a few of my other favorites.

Man, that T227 is a scorcher for sure! Killer eye appeal for the grade on that one. Also, is it me or does the sideview T218 seem to come up for sale far more often than Sebastian's front view above?
