Pretty sure that the first one is Carl Bass, the CEO of Autodesk.

You can compare with his signature on the 6th page of the PDF here:

Why a boxing glove? Perhaps he's knocking out the competition?

Tim, Thank you for taking the time to search for that autograph. I had hoped it was a boxer, but it may have another meaning and your idea is as good as any. I guess they will get used in the gym instead of a collectible.

Other one starts with "Al Br" and then immediately trails off.
