Default 1953 Topps

Just got this raw. Assuming it is real, what do you think this would grade out PSA? Thanks!

i thought you were selling things ....

you have a gift to keep finding things not on ebay or regular shows

if the mantle is real and handed to you i think its a PSA 2-3-4 depending on crease/wrinkling and not altered

I am selling. I bought this to sell if that makes sense lol. Thanks I appreciate the input. I was wondering what the highest it could be is and you believe 4 is so that definitely helps gauge my expectations. I honestly creep online all day for deals so it's more work than a gift haha

I could see that getting a 4.5 or 5. There seems to be a light scuff on the back just to the bottom left of the ball that might downgrade it otherwise.

Whoa that would be amazing if it did. Waiting for it to arrive. We shall see. Fingers crossed.

That card doesn't look right to me. However if it is, i'd grade it a 3-3.5

The color appears severely washed out

I agree looks fishy to me. Looks a little too evenly "washed out".

I feel the same way. The picture is at that place that is looks clear and blurry at the same time. The stitches on the ball look funky to me, but it could just be a slightly out of focus picture. Also could be the bad picture, it looks to be covered with those little brown lines that scream 'I am a artificially aged fake". I would have wanted a much better scan/picture for a card of that value to purchase unless I had an agreement with the seller that it could be easily returned. Plus on a site that would make sure it was easily returnable.

Doesn't look good to me either but hopefully that is just an issue with the scan and not the card itself.

My first impression was it does not look right. Hope I am wrong. If it is legit it looks like the card has a print defect so I'm thinking in the PSA 2-3 range. Good luck.

Just picked up a 57 from him too. Does this look any better? If it's real could it grade a 4?
