Default Help with a tough one

I was cleaning out the last of a collection of a friend who passed away and came across this...any guesses. A wild one is that he had a shop in a town where Bill Murray once filmed a movie....I think Murray came in the shop. He may have had him sign a ball, but it doesn't look like other sigs on the internet...then again I doubt Bill Murray was asked to sign many baseballs.
