Default Vintage 1950's Pinup/Dancer Mystery Autograph - Help Needed

Hoping someone can assist with this one. To me it looks like Betty "Mogowan" or similar, but can't find anyone that matches the name. The photographer did a lot of pinup and dancers in the 1950's, a lot of big names like Marilyn Monroe. It came from a collection of mostly 1950's autographs, with a majority of them being actresses and dancers. The person who the photo was inscribed to, "Leon", sold them shoes as this was referenced in many of the autographs and some photos of him in his shoe store. Any help is appreciated.

Could it be Betty Douglas - a Broadway dancer, 1940's (Zeigfied Follies)?

Bernard of Hollywood is still in existence. Google the name and you will find their website. Perhaps they can indentify this person.
