Great thread. I guess I never realized the extent to which some of my favorite cards are red!

Brian- Interested in the color of the E94 Lake. It odesn't look red but it isn't the orange variation color either. Is that the true color of the card or is it redder?
Thanks,
tbob

I'm sure that it is just the scan Bob.

Though it is in a safety deposit box right now, i compared my red E94's recently, and if there are any color differences, they are so subtle that they aren't worthy of note.

Definitely not an orange, though i wish it was.

There is tape on the back of the Cicotte, hence the "A."

EDIT: added the Jolley.

joe good to see both of my former e103s are in your possession now. great provenance when you go to sell .

not a big fan of the red but some of my favorite cards have red backs...would trade the e98 wagner for an e93 for nostalgic reasons.
