They look like the prototypes for the 84/85 buttons/coins. Could it be? Blank backed.

I assume produced by Fun Foods and came out in '84. I have a ton of them. Looks like you have blank backs.

Dated 1984 and released in 85. Proofs from this set are plentiful.
