Default seeking info: 1994 Mendez Spanish Baseball Card Price Guide & Checklist

Does anyone know anything about this magazine? I bought off a guy in Mexico via eBay. I was disappointed that it is little more than an 18 page advertisement for Pacific Trading Cards' 1993 & 1994 Spanish and bi-lingual baseball card sets. One "M.J. Cramer" is even listed among the "Escribitores Contribuyentes". The mailing address was also in the same Lynnwood, CA zip code as Pacific, so I'm thinking that's not just coincidence. It reminded me of a less colorful version of the ProSet Gazette, as it just contains the checklists for the Pacific sets, and some very brief bios (presented in both English and Spanish) of Latin players who were hot at the time.

As this is issue #2, I'm curious to know if #1 was any more useful, and whether or not there was ever a #3. Here is the first page:

Beyond this, does anyone know of any sports card books or periodicals in any other languages for other markets (aside from what BBM issues in Japan)? I am curious that with the global scope of the hobby, across so many sports, Beckett is still the go-to, even though it almost completely ignores the international market.
