Default topps vault rip off

Has anyone else encountered the cheapskates at topps?

I ordered multiple items and even posted a note with the first one asking to combine shipping.

They wrote back that they would combine the items into one.

Instead they charged shipping on each item. I have the email to back it up. Sad to see big card company lying to their customers.

Should I just leave negative feedback?

Default Rip Off

In my opinion, without knowing anything more than what you posted, I would say its not an intentional rip off but rather low level incompetence that resulted in your not getting what you were promised. I would bet a call or e mail to customer service would get you a credit or partial refund.... keep us posted on what happens!

They made good on their email promise. I commend them for following up.
