Default Promotional Piece? 1046 Dave Boo Ferris - Gillette

Promotional piece or page ripped out of a magazine? At least they didn't say it is a premium.

"Promotional piece" is very vague, and perhaps intentionally so. Especially since the backside, perhaps showing an article, is not shown. Calling a magazine ad a "promotional piece" is probably not literally wrong if one were to parse words with a dictionary at hand, but obviously deceptive.

Though I always take into consideration the asking price. There's a difference between a deceptively described magazine page being offered for $9 versus $299.
