Default Strawberry and Dr.K . opinions on if legitimate please

I recently took a chance and purchased these two Plaques of the New York Mets greats. I just don't know if they are real. The Strawberry looks bad to me the Gooden looks a little better. What do you guys think?
Thanks always.

Neither look anything like the autographs I obtained in person in 2000. That doesn't mean they can't be an earlier version of their signature.

I won't comment on Strawberry, but the Doc Gooden does not match any of the sig exemplars that I have ever seen.

FWIW, I had a baseball dating to early in Strawberry's rookie season, and the sig looked very different from what we all are used to. It did resemble this, but when my computer crashed last winter I lost the scan.

I wouldn't throw it away.

I've always wondered in a situation like this, is it better to just go and spend a few extra dollars on a Steiner or MLB piece when the subjects are pretty cheap to begin with?

For instance, a Gooden/Strawberry 8x10 combo with inscriptions was on Steiner for $49.99 this weekend.
