Andrew, there's no conspiracy there....I edited one of your links because it was too long for the forum. I turned it into a tinyurl. If you want to post links that are longer than the width of the forum you should turn them into tinyurl's first. Ebay links are usually the main culprit. I hope you don't leave the forum because of that.

Sit tight Andrew. They'll come back around and fix it.

Dan edited one of the links b/c if they are too long, many readers have to scroll right on every screen (mine doesn't do that, but many do). Dan edits long URL's to tinyurl format as a courtesy to those that don't have the screen wrap, so they don't have to scroll right.

An idiosyncracy of this forum is that often when you edit a post with links in it the program extends the link to the regular text. It also sometimes adds a > to the end of the URL. Both of these make the link non-functional.

No one edited your post to intentionally kill the links. Dan edited for screen-wrap on a long URL, and the Net54 programming did the rest.

A mod will come by and fix it - don't worry. They just need a few minutes to see it.

J

All fixed.

My bad. I wasn't trying to further ebay's nefarious deeds of the past week or so.

Dan is obviously part of the conspiracy.

I guess that I won't be questioning the so called moon landing on this board

I'm sorry Dan. I didn't know who slidekellyslide was, but mistakenly thought a rogue moderator has skewed the links.

Hi Steve!

Do I know you?

Hard to tell when you don't provide an email link.

It's doubtful. My email address is lorriems24@yahoo.com
I won't be linking it. Why do you ask? Is there something you want to talk about off the board?

Just responding to your "Hi Steve". Thought since you were being so familiar with me that I must know you from somewhere.

Is a rouge moderator like a moderating troll? We have one of those, I think we call it Leon...
