Default Will this card grade?

I am sending some cards to PSA and am not sure if this card will grade or not. I do not want to send it if I'll be deemed miscut. Anyone with experience grading a card like this? At the top there is the brown strip from the bottom of another card above it,

I can't help with PSA but based on this card it should receive a grade from SGC.

The best I think that card would get is a 2mc (Yes, PSA probably would give it the mc designation).

Yeah, I think if part of another card on the sheet shows, it gets a miscut designation from PSA. You can check their descriptions to be sure. I would definitely go with SGC when the primary problem is centering.

Thanks for the responses. I think I will hold off for SGC on that one.

Type "no qualifiers please" on the PSA sub form.

There are some qualifiers that you can't avoid with PSA. I believe Miscut and Mark are two of them.
