Default Legendary blurry pictures

Did anyone else notice that 8-10 pages of the Dreier collection catalog show blurry images of the boxing cards? Don't they usually have someone give it a once over before shipping it off? I'm not bashing legendary at all as I like them a lot, just confused how this could happen.

My father was a printer, so he would know for sure, but from what I remember him saying about the process is that the customer has to sign off on the proofs.

I saw that too, but was assuming it was just my copy. Very disappointing for a catalog that I was intending to keep.
