Default Steeler bobblehead bank -- ID, value?

Hi, a collector from another forum is wondering about this item.
Both bank (coin slot on back where nameplate would be) and
bobblehead, only marking is small label "Japan" on bottom of base.
All input is welcome.

Not the Steelers. Generic football player. $40-50 on a good day.

I agree it’s generic. I’ve seen those same eyelashes on generic baseball dolls.

Most if the vintage football player bobbles aren't holding the ball in this manner. They are holding the ball with one hand, higher up. Also, Steelers would have been painted across the chest.

I agree with the previous posts. Generic Bobblehead.
