Default 1951 Bowman & 1952 Topps Willie Mays PSA 8 for sale

Posted By: cmoking

It pains me to think about selling my Mays basic set ... I'm just two cards short of completing it (1953 Topps and 1952 Bowman), but I've been spending too much on cards lately and I should let somethings go so my wife doesn't get too suspicious that our bank accounts have gone so much lower. Here are two cards in case people are interested here. The other Mays cards are for sale too.

The link to my Mays set is on the PSA Registry, with scans. I just retired the set, so it is only in the All-Time Finest listing (#6) and not the current list.

I am asking $7000 for the 1952 Topps. It's a nice centered one which seems a bit tougher to come by.

I am asking $9,500 for the 1951 Bowman.

A PSA 8 went on Mastro for $8900, or $10,400 with the juice. Here's the link: http://www.mastronet.com/index.cfm?action=DisplayContent&ContentName=Lot%20Information&LotIndex=57863&CurrentRow=1
