I saw that card on an uncut sheet at a flea market in Quebec in the 1970's. I think there was a Plank on the same sheet.

But the guy on the card appeared much thinner back then!!

Hal

You know those bilingual Canadian prookie cards from the 70s aren't worth anything.

Dave S

I think only GAI will slab it, as it's oversized

I didn't scan the whole card. I want to make sure that bogus reprints don't flood the market

Max- I noticed on eBay that the "rare" Max Weder rookie card, spelled "Max Wede" is already going for $150.
Happy b'day.

Max has been on the juice in order to rule the local inter-mural leagues (lifetime homeruns @ 48 chasing all time record of 59).......the cap is without doubt original but the head seems to have grown 4 sizes???

Max,

Last time I was in that area was about 20 years ago, although I've never made it onto the Island itself. I tell ya I could live there, and I happen to like rain.

Great card. Congratulations!
