Default Spot the Winner Cards

Howdy!

Came across this (and a few others) in a collection, but have not been find much of anything about them.

They measure 3-1/2 x 2

The closest I saw was a Willie Mays on ebay that had pretty much the same back, but a photo head on an illustrated body like some of those early 1900's British sets.

Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks kindly in advance!

The seller has about 10 or so players listed. And a ton of other fantasy cards with a similar vibe.

I was thinking it could be for a game but after seeing them all listed with no references to a game on an ebay account with a ton of other fantasy cards, I don't think they are an actual game.

There are and have been made some really neat custom/fantasy cards, but it's going to cause havoc on collectors as more and more cards/sets are made and sold with no identification. Imagine all of these unauthorized cards being cataloged in 20+ years from now, like some people do with the 80s/90s broder-type stuff.
