He is still watching, but he is handcuffed.

Adrian - I have no judgment for you, I don't know you except for the saga you have revealed on this forum, but I would echo advice that others have given here.

Take a break. Give yourself a week with out looking at the forum, and lay of the energy drinks.

I have tried to enjoy the craziness of the Zone threads, tried joking with him and support him because there can be a lot of "real housewives of net54" drama and cowards hiding behind their computer that have a better than thou attitude. But it's apparent there are real concerns with his involvement in the community and others financial livelihood.

From this moment forward - I am never going to respond to a Zone thread again due to the fact that he claims to have "mental illnesses" and I'm not going to mess with that. We don't know how fragile he might be.

I think I'll limit my posts to no more than a few per week too and only if I have something worth listening to. Good luck Adrian.

. I have not followed this saga in other posts but really don't understand. What do you mean,.."I purchased multiple items and had to cancel some...". Why is that statement not infuriating people, had to cancel some? That's ridiculous. You bid for something and win, you pay for it. On several occasions I have bid erroneously for something and felt it was my obligation to pay for it, if I made the mistake then I take responsibility for it and do what's right.

Yup. I must have purchased 5000 items on ebay. A few were totally stupid (probably too many beers) and I regretted them, but I paid (and I sure am not wealthy). Don't know how it is in Canada, but where I grew up I was taught my word was written in stone. I have seen a neat card come up a million times that I wanted, but all I had to do was look at the bank account and see I had to pass.

He continues to buy, despite not paying for recent purchases. Small buys so far, but still, if he had reneged on me claiming he had no money I would be livid.

I had a few bucks left hence the minimal purchases (very cheap cards came up to 100$ for 2 cards including shipping)...God you are a royal pain...almost like a nagging wife!!! I told your friend the truth when I cancelled my almost 500$ purchase from him.

Why don't you do some collecting instead of having OCD on my case....or find a women to keep you busy....more fun than watching what another man is collecting I would think!!! I am here to collect not to nag all day like you seem to do!!!

As Hemingway wrote, Isn't it pretty to think so? Maybe we should take a poll of how many people have blocked you so far, or won't deal with you. What's your over under?

Sure go for it (Maybe you can bore your wife by telling what you special project is). People here know I pay for my items 99% of the time like anyone else here. The 1% is when things do not work out for various reasons....like Leon said we have all been that road many times.

Not according to the messages I have received from people. And by your own admission you don't even know how many purchases you have cancelled. But if your narrative pleases you, "go for it." Do watch your post count though.

Most likely but I say most are very fair in their prices...and those who try to sell super high are very few here why because most are actually nice people.

Not the attitude.....the truth people are out to make money so no one cares about your little frustrations here almost. You have no comeback because that is the truth. If I decided to spend 10 000$ in a few months people will jump on the occasion to sell me a card....just a fact of life.

Why did you renege and then go buy more cards right away? To me that is disgraceful. If you spent $200 but reneged on $500, maybe you should have put the $200 towards the purchase you promised to make for $500 and try to work the rest out with the seller? Your responses are making me like you less and less. It is a BIG deal to renege and you treat it like it's not a big deal. I am here to tell you it IS a big deal. And count me as one of the ones that appreciates other hobbyists watching out for people that renege, or say one thing but do another. I think you really need to change your attitude Adrian.

Truth be told this guy has hated from day one I took it with a smile for months now but I have had enough of him...I think I have the right to state that. His friend told me not to worry no big deal....he is the one making this a HUGE deal....the seller was cool as can be.

Leon, we can certainly hope he changes, but do you see any evidence of it? I thought we had a little bit of contrition yesterday, but it obviously was not genuine. It's back to FU I have money.

Is the same amount of truth in this post as the quitting post? I have nothing to pick here but if you are going to say something please mean it.

Actually, I care. The truth is you are backing out of deals and it's going to sink you in the hobby. And you might buy a card for 10,000 in a few months, and no one can stop someone else, if they do sell it to you. But I will tell you one thing, if you keep this attitude you won't be on this forum. That much I can handle. I suggest you think about what has been going on. Anything other than you saying you are completely wrong is not going to bode well for you. Because you are completely wrong in your attitude. I can forgive a mistake or two when someone apologizes, makes it right and says they messed up and won't do it again. That is not what I am hearing from you though. It is YOUR fault and YOUR fault alone.

This guy just wants me gone like he has always wanted that is NOT right. I have the right as a buyer to change my mind like anything else on this planet you have that right to make a change. I know it is wrong but 99% of the time the dealer is just fine with it. You walk into a card store say I want this or that card I will pay you tomorrow...you come in tomorrow and make a change of mind and buy something else I have yet to see a dealer go nuts...OK maybe this time one did.

Who cares what he or anyone else says to you, what matters is YOUR actions and YOUR decisions. Not what someone else says, though it may be correct or not.

And you don't necessarily have a right, it's a BINDING CONTRACT you agree to in making these purchases done via eBay or auction houses.

I doubt very much any dealer would be fine with it. They might tolerate it but are not fine with it. Your rhetoric is wearing thin. Pay for what you buy/win period no excuses.

HOF Auto Rookies

Please tell who decides what is right or wrong in life...here the buyer and seller and this is the only time this turned into a small mess.

Usually I end up buying much more down the road from that same seller and he is happy and I am happy in the end. He may lose 500$ today but make 1000$'s down the road.

We do not all have to have the same view of what is right and wrong in life that is what is called freedom of thinking!!!
