Default Philadelphia A's license plate

Needed some help. I have attached a picture of a license plate that I had found at an antique show. I bought it without knowing any history behind it. I have never seen it before and just thought it was a really nice piece

Has anyone ever seen this before? If so. What is the history and value?

Thanks

Yes, I have seen it before...it's circa 1940-50s...it's not as desirable as the license plate topper for the A's from around the same time period, but still pretty desirable. I'd guess it's in the $100-$200 range.
