Default it's the back

of any one of a few different series that Goodwin issued. Likely an over-soak :-)

It is hard to read the print on the bottom, but it looks like it says Louis C. Wagner & C something N.Y.

What is the size? It may be an N245 w/o the front photo of an actress?

Here's an N173...

Default OK

My references are packed but to clarify - there are 3/4 different non-sport N series that have the same back you are showing including occupations for women, holidays, and a couple of others. This type of card was produced in layers and you have such a specimen - likely the result of some over soaking.

It's the back of an N166 Occupations for Women card. See here:

http://www1.coe.neu.edu/~dan/N166/go.html

They're thick cards, often found skinned. I have a bunch of them with an American Eagle tobacco back, which was pasted over the Old Judge back, but one of mine is skinned, with just the front part.
