My Pelicans records only go back to '22, but I have to assume that the "Smith" is a guy named Bob E. Smith. No help with the others.

Al Mamaux was quite the oddball, judging purely on some rather lewd/profane album page inscriptions I have seen over the years.

I did find a record of a guy named Chet Torkelson who played with Beaumont (Texas League) the following season. My guess it that's who the "Terkelson" is.

Thanks Jodi, any ideas who the unidentified players could be? I'm wondering if the guy on the left in the top two photos is Dazzy himself....since these came from his album that may be why he only named two of the fellows in the photo.

No clue on the identity of these guys. The player on the far right in the first photo looks quite familiar (something inside of me is screaming "White Sox" for reasons unknown--maybe there's a subconscious connection there).

It does kind of look like the guy on the right here. This is also one of my unidentified photos.
