Default Mark Bowers Postcard Guide

I bought a small lot of older card related stuff on eBay and one of the items was a postcard guide written by Mark Bowers. It looks like something one might have put together for a school class in the late 80s with one of those plastic clamp bindings and a presentation folder with a clear front page.

I was very excited to see if there was a comprehensive Dodgers checklist that I had yet to discover, but was more disappointed when I saw that the list someone had shared with me a few years back looks to have been derived from this book or perhaps shared for the book.

I would like to pick Mark's brain on a couple items if he is still alive & well and still involved with sports collectibles. Does anyone recognize the publication or the man himself? I assume any serious postcard collectors probably are aware of this guide as it seemed pretty comprehensive and perhaps may have even corresponded with him at some point.

I'm hoping he is still around....and someone can help put me in touch or point me in the right direction.

That was fast, thank you Andy. I just sent him an email. Fingers crossed that he can shed some light for me.

That's your Dad? I have his 1993 postcard guide. It's a nice resource on some under-appreciated collectables.
