Default Do card prices drop off now that the season is over?

Posted By: Bryan

I have always wondered if the end of baseball season results in the drop of card prices on ebay and such (lower prices realized due to less bidders.)
On the flip side, is there more activity around buying and selling cards at the start of the baseball season?

Just wondering if anyone has observations they would like to share. I haven't been in the hobby long enough to see a trend.

The price of quality vintage material is not affected by the current sports seasons. If anything, there is a bit more competition online as more people are home during the winter months. Jim
