Beware of this ball
I just received a baseball from a seller (not a dealer).
The ball had 3 sigs. on it, Jimmie Foxx on ss, Bobby Doerr and Lefty Grove. When examining the ball under black light it appears to me that the ball has been "worked on." The work was not readily apparent from the scans sent to me and is not readily apparent on regular inspection. Avoid it if anyone offers it to you. I am returning it to the seller on Monday.
