My heart sank when I was told last night that he'd died. I didn't even know he was sick.

Cool

Very sad about this. I can't tell how many times in the 80s we danced to his music.....a great, great artist. RIP Mr. Bowie....

A good friend said it best, "If you're sad today, just imagine life has been on this space rock for more than 4 billion years, and we were lucky enough to have been here when David Bowie was alive." RIP Ziggy Stardust

Amazing how Bowie remained relevant for so many decades and how he always reinvented himself & his music. I think the just released 'Blackstar' album might have some of his most impressive work. The title track is epic and the video & lyrics for Lazarus are very haunting. RIP David Bowie.

RIP Davis Bowie. Great music and connects me back to my high school dances in the early 80's. Got my Bowie playlist selected for reminiscing.

Multi-talented artist: I enjoyed his portrayal of Nikola Tesla in 'The Prestige'.
.

Loosing Bowie and Alan Rickman in the same week was tough.
