Default Anyone ever seen a nice baseball scrapbook for of cards sold ??

was curious if anything like that ever comes up for sale

Your question is worded strangely. I cannot figure out if you're trying to see if people have found cards in scrapbooks, and how often they come to market. Or are you trying to find old scrapbooks for sale that you can put your vintage cards in?
Either way, both happen regularly. Scrapbooks are more common in the pre-war realm (1880s-1930s), because it was a more common hobby at the time.
