I was at that Phillies game that night. I remember seeing the scoreboard mentioning the trade and he was playing. Pretty cool. I should look to see if I still have the ticket stub.

Can I ask you a question? Do you have any idea what the "Baseball Special" newspaper supplement from the Philadelphia Daily News for April 10, 1963 would be worth? It's 20 pages long and has Roy Sievers, Don Hoak, Gene Mauch, etc. on the first page. Thanks ... Ed

Hi Ed. Sorry but I do not. I do not remember seeing anything like that in by card travels to shows, flea markets, etc.

There was a card issued for this titled 'Two Teams One Day'. I believe it was in the 1983 Fleer set.
