I have Polo Grounds stubs from the 1950's with Grandstand $1.30 on them.
I would guess your stubs are from the same era.

There is a very similar Cubs ticket on Ebay right now that the seller says is from 1939. It might be worth an email to him to see if he has a "magic decoder ring" to tell you how he can tell the date...
