I guess that's an accurately graded PSA 5, but I wouldn't have been surprised to see it in a PSA 6 holder. Nicest one I've seen as well.

Here's my E75 Sullivan. Mine isn't nearly as nice as yours, but it seems undergraded to me at SGC40. It is OC top to bottom, but it doesn't have any creases or wrinkles that I can see when examined up close.
