That is one whacky T206 Trae... There is a remote possibility this T202 is miscut. But my luck, I suspect it'll score AUT only;

Nice T3, Wonder if the armband is in tribute to Addie Joss?

Steve, good question... I just looked at scans of the other NY Giants in the set, none of them have the armband but Bridwell.

per the Hall, It was worn in memoriam for Harry Pulliam, NL pres who off'd himself in 1909. All NL teams wore it for the remainder of the season. Unusual that all the Nat'l player photos, but Bridwell's, were taken prior to July '09 as the T3 layouts indicate. Why was Al late into the gate?

"Jeez", I'm so sorry to disappoint you, Dylan! You've never re-sold a card for more card money, profit or otherwise? I find that hard to believe.

Why are you worried enough about what I do to comment on it? What's your problem?

Stay on topic.

Speaking of staying on topic, I picked up a few AB super beaters recently.

I've picked up around 60 or 70 T206 this month, but I won't bore you with all of them.

Hi Tbob,
Trae bought the Stahl from trader Jim Manos on the B/S/T thread. Interesting card that would fit in well with my huge border collection.

Be well Brian

I thought it would be cool to have another PCL photo of Pernoll from Oakland. I've had the team issue for awile but not the T4 until the recent SCP auction. The last Cabinet is a 1899 Chickering cabinet of Victor Willis, a HOFer who started in 1898 with Boston..

as some may know i decided to downgrade some cards for some outside ventures, some of those recent re-pickups to show i still collect and belong on here

here's one that was "LOST" on the way to me, really good deal on a mislabeled '14 cj. I guess it was too much of a steal, would've fit nicely with my lajoie collection but oh well, same ole same ole.

Great cards Quan!

But didn't you see the poll? The trend is to upgrade, not downgrade.

Thanks Brian for answering. Jim Manos said he got it raw at a show... aside from that I don't know much about it's history. The gentleman who purchased it from me is also interested in finding out more about it. We'll see what turns up. It is indeed a very cool card. I'm starting to question whether I should have let it go at the price I did. Hindsight is always 20/20 though right!?

slightly different... I like the title bar on the top of your postcard and the full frame all around (which is not on mine).

My postcard has publisher / photographer credit line on bottom.

Very cool.

If I picked up something that is in your collection... then I am doing something right

Trae- you'll never see another card like that miscut...i can only speak for myself, but Tbob, T206 Collector, Brian, etc...have all been collecting t206s for many many years, and it sounds like none of us have ever seen one quite like it...i am not one to ask, why did you sell? or did you enjoy it long enough? etc...that is your business, just hope you understand and appreciate what you "had"...

Best-
MS
