I have been way, way behind on my scanning. Pick ups since about the first of the year:

This one is Maud Nelson - a pioneer in women's baseball. I was really glad to get this one - hadn't seen it before:

And maybe my favorite of these, this one from Joe Jones who gave it to me for free because he thought I'd like it and it would fit my collection. Free. Nothing. Just to be nice. Thanks so much Joe.

Almost left the Reading show this weekend empty handed until I picked up this piece up.

Needless to say, it made the whole trip worthwhile!

My FIRST T3! I've about worn my eyeballs out staring at it, too! I've always known the dimensions, but it seems so much bigger in real life! Will not be my last because now I finally understand why people love 'em so much! Yes, I'm still excited!

I just haven't had the opportunity to bust the first one out of its protective PSA holder to scan yet. This one came from Matt Liebowitz, via eBay.

037 Bergen

I did miss one earlier this month, but not without Art trying to get ahold of me first. I just didn't have access to e-mail in time to see his message, and the auction ended before I got to see it. But I have contacted the buyer, who is going to let me know if he will part with it or not.

If anyone out there sees any, knows of any, owns any with McCormick's rubber stamping on the back, please let me know. Thanks. Ed

Looks like Winthrop Maine. The team from there were called the Augusta Millionairs about that period.

Just picked up 1/2 of the R316 set, with over a dozen HOFers....... less than $500 for the group.

Ruth and Wilson are kinda beat, but the others are fairly nice overall.

Had been looking long and hard for a nice Matty portrait. Thanks, Steve Y. Picked up the Weaver and Mays from Mile High. Guy's gotta have a Weaver, right? Bransfield is an upgrade. Herzog and Schulte were purchases for the sheer hell of it. Thanks, Bill T. and Barry S. Won a beaut of a card on Goodwin last night; will post it when it gets here.

Just crossed over from a PSA 4 polymer tomb. At the 20% mark for the SGC registry; all my pieces are there for viewing; fabulous job by SGC with the registry. Check out how the image is reflected at the bottom of the scan on the SGC registry website.
