Default Something Cool

My 9 year old had a few of his buddies over for his birthday. I can hear them all upstairs trading 2018 cards. They don’t worry about condition. Nothing is graded. Most aren’t worth anything. But they are aggressively trading for their favorite players and teams. It’s a beautiful thing that takes me back when i really loved baseball Cards. I still do but the passion of getting a Aaron Judge reminds me when i would pull a 85 Gooden.

That's awesome to hear. I could imagine myself sitting in my room in the 50s or 60s and trading like this … for the team/players I like, not for the values.

Double +1! To them. like us, it's a piece of the game they have in their hands.

May our collecting bring us such joy,

I think the emotion I feel right now is similar to when old men smell their grandchildren's heads.
