Default Thoughts on this item?

Anyone have any idea what this is?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8744399442&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Lots of warning signs here, but I was wondering about the back, not if it was authentic. Did they make reprints with blank backs (I've only seen the ones with wrong color backs, stamped reprint, etc.)? Or is this from something else like a notebook, advertisement, etc.?

The one line that always sets off my suspicions is "YOU WILL RECIEVE THE EXACT CARD PICTURED."

I didn't ever think it was authentic...I was wondering about the back. Seller says it appears torn off, but the scan doesn't look like he suggests. Since I hadn't seen reprints with blank backs, I was wondering where it could have originated (assuming it isn't damaged as he suggests).

edited to add:

Looking through his feedback, it looks like he may have purchased it from the infamous malady4u...that is explanation enough.

Caption is all wrong. Wrong color and letters are too condensed. Look at the distance between the second "B" in Cobb and the "D" in Detroit. Not even close.
