Anthony--I have sent many E145's to SGC. Based on ones I've had with more than one significant crease and numerous stains, I'd think it's highly doubtful. Good luck

Nice card, but I think it is unlikely with three creases that break the surface including one through the face. It is a nice looking card however.

Hoping to upgrade is always a tough thing to do in grades. My guess is that you will remain around a 1-1.5 grade no matter where you take it. If it was a '14 you may get a bit more leeway, but considering the high grade examples of '15's out there, my guess is they will grade it hard.

I don't think you would get a SGC 20, regardless it looks nice for the grade. My SGC 20 looks nicer and it's still a 20, though it does have a tiny tear...

If you are looking to complete the set, at a reasonable price, I have a complete set going to auction at REA's Spring Sale. The '15 set is a low grade set, especially by 1915 standards, but it does have a great looking Cobb PSA 4, and a Joe Jackson that should be a 6 or 7, if PSA didn't insist on docking cards with glue residue and no paper loss to a PSA 2. I think it will be broken into lots, and may be a great opportunity to pick up any holes you might have.
