Default E90-3 Printer's Scrap or Hand Cut?????

Posted By: davidcycleback

If a card has a big printing defect (missing colors, bad overprint, etc)
and is handcut it safe to call it a scrap. If the card is oversized, this
only helps subtantiate that it's a scrap (which doesn't mean all scraps are
oversized).

One of the T206 Honus Wagners likely is a scrap. It is oversized, goofy cut
and has a light overprint on the front of another card.

In my opinion, they don't have the look of a collector's trim.
Some of the the cards offered were miscut from top to bottom, oversized, and showed a rought cut.

When I receive the card, maybe it will be easier to tell from looking at the back of the card.

The Blackburne is the one that really stands out to me. I don't know if the scan is simply blurry or if his face really has that "ghost image" along side it. Also, I can't tell what is going on with the top and right borders....Is that ink? An extra border on both sides? I think Will reads this board, maybe he has a better idea....

The Blackburne card is just severely off-register. The rest are miscut, hand cut, trimmed, however you want to call it. Still a nice group of cards, especially the Gandil.

No extras line. The extra border line on the Blackburne is from the M.Brown card below it. The guy scanned it with the Brown card stacked behind it.
